Muscle Testing - Applied Kinesiology (AK) -
I use a technique called muscle testing to help figure out what works best for the clients.

Procedure Note:
During all of the treatments, my client are treated with all of their
clothes on.  Only the relaxation massage is done with clothes removed (to the clients comfort level) and full draping procedures followed.

Sports Medicine

Using the term Sports Medicine may bring up the image of athletes you see on TV or Olympic athletes, although my definition of an athlete is anyone who is active or wants to be active.  but they may be limited due to the current or a long term/chronic injury.

Under the umbrella of Sports Medicine falls a lot of different things;
  • Traditional Athletic Training - working the sidelines of sporting events, checking for injury severity.
  • Athletic Performance enhancement-
speed training, agility training, and strength training.
  • Injury Treatment- Including sports injuries, auto accidents, work site injuries and household injuries and long-term chronic injuries.
  • Nutritional Advice- To increase sports performance, weight adjustment and overall optimal health and well being.

During the treatment process of the above items, Ted uses a technique called Applied Kinesiology (AK) in order to test the clients energy field for the answers of whether there is a muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia, etc. not working properly.
Using AK is a simple and smart way of using the clients intelligent body and mind to find the answers to important questions about your health.

N.E.T. - Neuro Emotional Technique

Neuro Emotional Technique is a technique devised by a chiropractor around 1993.
The technique uses the premise; all humans are emotional creatures.
If you’re in a weakened state due to factors such as stress or physical trauma, everyday emotional responses may not fully resolve as they naturally should. Later in our lives, when we experience a similar situation, an old emotional response can kick in.

Individually, we rarely see the link between a past event and our present situation. This is where NET is crucial — NET can help identify an old unresolved event (real or imagined) and help your body release its lingering emotional response. For good!

People used to think that emotions resided entirely in their brain. Now we know that other parts of the body can hold emotional charges too. Have you ever felt butterflies in your stomach before a speech?  Have you referred to something as a “pain in the neck?”  Have you ever felt a “lump in your throat?” Clearly emotions happen in our body, not just our brain.

NET practitioners can find unresolved, negatively-charged emotional responses that are stored in your body and help you release them. It’s fast, it's fun, and it can dramatically improve your health.

Finding “trapped” or conditioned memory loops is done with the help of simple muscle testing. This helps determine if your body is in harmony with a particular concept or idea which is linked to an unresolved emot
ional event.
